Undergraduate Application for Degree Candidacy
Prior to graduating from UA South, every student seeking a bachelor's degree must complete an application for degree candidacy and a senior degree check. This process allows you to work with an advisor to review your degree plan and ensure you have fulfilled all degree requirements. At this time, you will also submit all the paperwork required to graduate from The University of Arizona. To learn more about how to initiate the process, visit the UA South Degree Check Procedure page.
- Spring/Summer 2019 graduates must submit their application for degree candidacy by February 1st, 2019 through UAccess (see To Do List).
- Fall/Winter 2018 graduates must submit their application for degree candidacy by September 1, 2018 through UAccess (see To Do List).
Graduate/Master's Plan of Study
Graduate students do not complete the process for degree candidacy described above. Instead, graduate students planning on completing degree requirements in the next year must submit a Master's/Specialist Plan of Study. The form is available in GradPath by logging in with your UA NetID andpassword to UAccess Student Center. For questions or additional information, contact Carol Lehman or 520-458-8278 ext. 2123.
